1. Must be at least 21 years old or older and a Maryland Resident

2. Pass the Handgun Safety Course provided at store

3. Wait the 8-day waiting period (The Maryland State Police reviews your record)

Note* You are allowed to have a gun in your house for your protection. To carry a gun, a carry permit is needed.
